FAQ
Here are the answers to some frequently asked questions that you may have as a first time visitor:
Do I need to book and pay for a session in advance?
I encourage you to book your session 12 hours in advance so that I can schedule my calendar, but do also welcome same day bookings. I request that when you do book that you pay either £25 deposit or the full amount of the booking. If you would like to book a session but I am unavailable, I am likely in a session so simply send an email or leave a message on my phone and I will confirm your booking with you as soon as the session ends.
How do I cancel a session?
You must cancel your booking by phone or email 12hrs before the session apart from same day bookings where 6 hours are required. If you have missed the cancellation deadline please still contact me as soon as possible so I that I know not to expect you and can make other arrangements.
