PERSONAL TRAINING
Train either at your own local gym, a local "The gym group" branch outlet near you, in the comfort of your own home or garden or at a local park. Sessions may focus on gym based equipment, bodyweight exercises where no equipment is needed or a combination of both. ONE TO ONE
Schedule it around your busy diary and stick to regular personal training, a perfect way to train more often, with multiple sessions per week see our prices here, or use the contact form for more information or to make a booking.

TRAIN WITH A FRIEND
You may like to share a session with a friend, partner, neighbour or colleague. With a selection of training styles to choose from, it's the perfect way to stay fit, excellent for boosting motivation. Checkout our prices, or contact me to find out more or to make a booking.

GP EXERCISE REFERRAL
For people with long-term health conditions such as diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure, or mental health challenges like depression and anxiety.
Consult with your GP or healthcare professional to assess your eligibility and refer you to the scheme. The program takes place in a gym or community setting, providing a safe and welcoming space to get active. The scheme usually runs for 12 weeks, with regular reviews to track progress and adjust the plan as needed encouraging long-term behaviour change, and helping you to improve your overall quality of life.

NUTRITION ADVICE
Alongside all of my services I offer free advice on nutrition and how you can improve on and maintain a healthy balanced diet. I also run monthly healthy eating workshops, upcoming workshops include Eat well to feel well, Food and mood, Gut health, Keeping energised, Childhood nutrition, and Nutrition for exercise, updates to follow soon.

ABOUT ME AND HOW I CAN HELP YOU
My name is Jason Smith the owner of Fitpulse Ltd.
I am a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 4 GP exercise referral specialist and certified massage therapist with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. I have a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their fitness goals and transform their lives.

I support clients with weight management through functional fitness, GP exercise referrals and offer nutrition advice, tailoring every workout to meet the unique needs and aspirations of each individual.

My goal is to make exercise enjoyable and sustainable, so you can build strength, improve your health, and gain the confidence to conquer any challenge. I believe in a holistic approach to wellness, emphasising a balance of physical activity, nutrition, and a positive mindset.

I cover all London boroughs and normally require 24hrs notice for bookings, but also welcome same day bookings subject to my availability.

Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to break through barriers, i'm here to guide, motivate, and encourage you every step of the way.
